(After this referred to as Maritimetrainer) to transfer my personal data to Maritimetrainer's contracted data centers located abroad, Mailgun Technologies Inc., where e-mail services are carried out, and the Help Scout organization to provide support services, for the following purposes.

  • Carrying out the necessary processes in order to benefit from the products and services offered by the company,
  • Execution and processes of the contract and complaint and request management,
  • Management of customer relations and customer satisfaction,
  • Execution, control and reporting of financial operations.

Our Contracted Data Centers: As an international service provider, we use overseas data centers of Google Cloud Services, Linode LLC, IBM Cloud Services. We host our servers and databases in these service providers depending on the European Union and international standards. These companies are not authorized to share your data with third parties.

Mailgun Technologies, Inc: It is used to send information messages from our system to your e-mail address of the information system you use. Records are kept on the Mailgun system for 90 days, whether the notification e-mails from our systems reach your e-mail address and whether the e-mails are opened or not. These records are deleted after 90 days.

Help Scout: Our service where technical support requests are managed. If you use it, it is our service where your e-mail address and correspondence regarding technical support request are kept. Maritimetrainer employees are used to solve technical support problems. If deemed necessary, the employer who benefits from our services can be shared with your company.
